Sound applications i could not found in the Gentoo ProAudio overlay.

jmeters (0.2.0): is a Jack multichannel audio level meter app.
jmeters-0.2.0.ebuild
rotter (v.0.5): is a Recording of Transmission / Audio Logger for JACK.
rotter-0.5.ebuild
silentjack (v.0.2): is a silence/dead air detector for the Jack Audio Connection Kit.
silentjack-0.2.ebuild
jack_capture (v.0.9.23): is a program for recording soundfiles with jack.
jack_capture-0.9.23.ebuild
